Nixxes Software, in collaboration with Sucker Punch Productions, is set to bring the acclaimed open-world action-adventure, Ghost of Tsushima Director’s Cut, to PC gamers. This marks the first time a Sucker Punch title will be available on PC, featuring the full game, the Iki Island expansion, and the cooperative online multiplayer mode, Legends. Over the past year, Nixxes has dedicated efforts to adapt the in-house engine technology for the PC platform, incorporating features such as unlocked frame rates, a broad range of graphics settings, and customizable controls.
The PC version will support ultrawide monitors, providing players with an immersive cinematic experience across 21:9, 32:9, and even 48:9 resolutions, suitable for triple monitor setups. Ghost of Tsushima Director’s Cut on PC is integrated with the latest performance technologies including NVIDIA DLSS 3, AMD FSR 3, and Intel XeSS upscaling. Additionally, it offers extensive controller support, including Steam Input for customization and PlayStation DualSense for an enhanced haptic feedback experience.
The game is currently available for wishlist and pre-purchase on Steam and the Epic Games Store. Early in-game unlocks, such as the New Game+ Horse and various armor dyes, are available for those who pre-purchase before its release on May 16.
Sucker Punch co-founder Brian Fleming expressed excitement about the game’s transition to PC, highlighting the partnership with Nixxes as essential for delivering an outstanding adaptation of Ghost of Tsushima. For newcomers, the PC version promises a rich narrative set in feudal Japan, where protagonist Jin Sakai must navigate the invasion of his homeland, Tsushima. The additional content, including the Iki Island Expansion and Legends multiplayer mode, along with the unique Kurosawa Mode, aims to offer a comprehensive gaming experience.
More details, including system requirements, will be shared as the launch date approaches.
The game launches for Philippine gamers for PHP 2990 on Steam and Epic Games Store
