So the cadets are finally graduating, and we get a quick feature on the likely main cast of the series, with the drill sergeant guy going over the key points of each one of them…
Rainer Brown. Physically and mentally strong. Trusted by his peers.

Armin Arlelt. Physically lacking, but possesses superb intellect.

Ani Leonhart. High combat capability, but largely a lone wolf.

Berthold Huber. Good combat capability. Lacks initiative.

Jean Krischtein. Top class 3D movement capability. Tactless personality causes conflict.

Sasha Blouse. Skilled with unconventional movement. Not apt for organized activities. Likes potato.

Conny Springer. Agile, but mental focus needs work.

Mikasa Ackerman. IMBA.

Eren Jaeger. Not particularly talented, but makes up with sheer diligence and will.

There you go. But no Christa Renz yet. Sad.
Before actually graduating though, we get a glimpse of a few more pre graduation scenes, specially on hand-to-hand combat training, which really is pointless against titans. And that’s exactly what Ani pointed out to Eren, along with the contradiction of how the top 10 in their class, the ones who are most capable of fighting the titans, are allowed to work as police farthest away from the titans.

So who made it to the top ten? In descending order from rank 10 to rank 1, Christa Renz, Sasha Blouse, Conny Springer, Marco Bodt, Jean Krischtein, Eren Jaeger, Ani Leonhart, Berthold Huber, Rainer Braun and Mikasa Ackerman. Told you Mikasa was imba.

The graduates are given the choice where to be stationed. The options are the inner police (only available for the top 10), the wall guards and the recon group. And yes, Eren’s heart is set on stone to join the recon group and attack the titan’s territory, giving a moving speech along the way on why humans should do so. It was moving enough that some other cadets decide to join the recon group as well.
But well, soon enough, while doing guard duty at some town, the colossal one appears, and panic ensues. Thankfully, no immediate casualty thanks to Sasha’s quick and awesome wall running actions.

Once again, the wall is breached, and Eren is raring to go at it.

Damn it. Now to wait for a week.
