Hi, what are you looking for?

Toys & Collectibles

Suicide Squad and WWE Figuarts!

Being a focus-collector brings you a lot of advantages…..and temptations. I’d be stupid not to consider at least two figures from these four.

I’ve never seriously considered buying a ton of non-Star Wars SH Figuarts. I mean, there’s Black Widow and all, but I’m a focus-collector. I prefer to go for one line rather than a little of everything. But every once in a while you see some stuff you absolutely just have to get.

Tamashii Feature 2016 has some cool new SHF displayed. The Joker and Harley Quinn from Suicide Squad, and Stone Cold Steve Austin and The Rock from WWE.

Holy Shit!

Holy Shit!

Not as compelling as the MAFEX one but still OK.

Cool isn’t it? Especially Harley Quinn which, to me, is spot on. The Joker’s face is a bit too iffy for me, but it’s still nice. Pretty sure he’ll look better once I get to see Leto’s performance.

It's a proper figure, not a figurine as I first thought.

Say what you want about Leto-Joker, but this figure is solid, face issues aside.

And The Rock and Stone Cold! I’ve long outgrown my fascination with WWE, but these two were the biggest stars back when I was still waiting for new episodes on 90s cable TV.

The Rock figure seems to be based on his 90s and early 2K version (the one without tattoos).

He has a raised eyebrow.

Because of the lighting and the angle of the shot, I can’t really judge if the figure nailed Stone Cold’s face. I’ve seen comments range from Bruce Willis to Vin Diesel, but it seems kind of OK.

.....close enough?

…..close enough?

The Rock and Stone Cold figures are expected to come later this year, with other characters possibly on the way too.
