EA released the latest title of their Fifa lineup in October, and since then it’s been a roller-coaster ride of emotions while playing the game.
It dropped with a lot of anticipation from both critics and fans worldwide, because this was supposed to be THE title, that finally gave career mode players the opportunity to get the best out of offline play, and to have as much control over how their career mode pans out.
Career mode received a major user overhaul, with the introduction of a couple sweet features that overly increases the satisfaction level and turns up realism of the mode.
NEW TRAINING STYLES
Development of a player has never been so well detailed and all around complete. The satisfaction gotten from knowing that how well a player grows, all boils down to how devoted you are with your training and to see your whole team grow as a well-rounded unit, with each player being able to contribute from whatever position you put them in, makes the whole buying/selling/growing a player the more worthwhile.
Moving from the training style of the last title, to this one can seem overwhelming and leave you confused on how to go about it, but it becomes clearer the more you shape it to suit you.
MATCH SIMULATION
Career mode always had one style to Sim a match; By simulating the whole match, and taking whatever scores you saw after. Now I for one was definitely not a fan of that, because there were times nothing but a Win would have mattered, and for that I had to either play the match by myself, or keep exiting career mode, coming back in and simulating until i was satisfied. It was really stressful times.
Now with the new addition, a match can be simulated until you want to hop in, giving you a firm handle on how the match will turn out.
The old method of simulating the full match still remains, for those who don’t mind about results.
FATIGUE
“WHY IS HE SO TIRED?!” has been a regular question for career mode players, because how different players get tired, and the frequency and period they get extremely fatigued, always somehow coincided with Must-Win matches, which sparked a couple debates on, if it was something that was purposely put into the game, or players just got tired that obscenely.
1.1 PRE MATCH
This title tackles a variety of Fatigue theories, and it just so happens that excessive training and constant game time, does make a player get fatigued easily, but it also increases the players endurance and stamina in the long run.

Beginning a new career mode usually proves a tad bit difficult, with finding; a team you plan on managing for a number of seasons, your most preferred currency, a suitable avatar, and all the other niggles that come along with it; yes, it actually takes a lot to become a successful manager on FIFA, and here is probably the most important tip i can offer, PAY ATTENTION BEFORE PRESSING “ADVANCE”
This is a crucial tip, because even I don’t always do this and then i end up regretting something that would’ve never happened, if i had just paid a little more attention.
