Taiwanese PC shopping megastore CoolPC has just opened pre-orders for the ROG x Evangelion product collaboration project with the first product in the line in the form of the ROG STRIX GAMING RTX 3090 EVA Edition.

Limited only to 15 units, pre-orders are starting today all the way to next week, May 7th. According to CoolPC, 5 units are already available for pickup with 10 more on the way. The card is priced at TWD 63,990 with a free ROG GPU holder. This roughly converts to a price for the ROG STRIX RTX 3090 EVA Edition of Php113,800 or US$2200. Fair prices but given local pricing for these regions as well as other factors, these may change.
Its still unknown if ASUS will be making this available for other GPU e.g. RTX 3080-RTX 3050 or even their Radeon cards.
With this listing we also finally get to see the actual product which is a special recolor of the ROG STRIX RTX 3090. There’s nothing new physically except the heavily redesigned RGB sidebar which now features the Evangelion Synchronization waveline present in the anime.
The ROG x Evangelion RTX 3090 features an EVA-01 color scheme replacing the ROG STRIX black and silver color palette with a predominantly purple body with apple green highlights and patches of tan which is the EVA-01’s unit color.
Its not yet revealed if the packaged will include limited edition EVA memorabilia.
