I do advise not going for the $20 locked titles if you’re saving up unless you really have the cash to donate or want XCOM: Enemy Unknown and Bioshock Infinite that badly. Bioshock Infinite drops as low as $7 in Steam sales and will usually go bundled as a triple pack with Bioshock 1 and Bioshock 2 for $15, sometimes as low as $12 during sales in Steam, Amazon and GreenMan Gaming.
