ASUS ROG has announced local pre-orders of the ROG Matrix RTX 4090 graphics card is now open with select dealers.. Featuring a custom cooling solution and liquid metal compound on the GPU die. The card is designed to offer users enhanced thermal and acoustic performance. This is also the first commercially available graphics card to feature liquid metal TIM.
The ROG Matrix GeForce RTX 4090 is equipped with an all-in-one cooling loop that includes a custom-engineered cold plate, an embedded pump fan, and an optimized coolant flow rate. This system directs heat through 700 mm of tubing and a 360 mm radiator. Additionally, the card features magnetic daisy-chainable fans, which not only facilitate the building process but also allow users to display their RGB lighting.
The graphics card is powered by the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090, which is supported by third-generation RT cores, fourth-generation Tensor cores, and DLSS 3 frame generation technology. The ROG Matrix version of this card offers a boost clock of 2700 MHz.
In terms of software, the ROG Matrix RTX 4090 comes with the custom GPU Tweak III software. This software provides detailed thermal performance insights in real-time, thanks to additional sensors placed across the card. The software also includes features like Power Detector+ and a new Mileage feature.
The card also boasts a Dual BIOS switch, allowing users to switch between Quiet and Performance modes. It is produced using the ASUS Auto Extreme manufacturing process, ensuring the card’s longevity and performance.
