The Corsair 2500 series chassis offers a smaller chassis option for those that want to build ITX or mATX but still want the flexibility of a dual-chamber chassis. With support for large cooling options and even housing a pump res on the side, there’s plenty of cooling customization option if one want to build a decked-out loop on this case. There are trade-offs because of the height reduction but it can be done nonetheless.
The Corsair 2500 series features high-quality materials and its simple philosophy on the DIY aspect of the case makes it an easy-to-build chassis. Its not over-engineered but features well thought-of placement that makes it a joy to build in. Although with so much space to work with, this is to be expected from most dual chambers.
Ultimately, it all boils down to price and Corsair does put a bit of a premium on this case but you do get a very sturdy case. It still a costly chassis and doesn’t have any iCUE component to force users into the ecosystem which really starts to hurt the case as it is a very good chassis in both looks and quality. Corsair could opt to drop the price a bit to make it compete better with its main rival but for now, its a tough recommendation for the general audience but if you’re a fan of Corsair or you appreciate the quality and don’t mind the price gap, then that definitely makes it an easier option.
