System Assembly

Time to build up this naked Phenom.

Mounting the motherboard is easy as the board is laid flat. Access to the screws could be tricky but possible. After securing the board, you can easily mount the GPU and secure it in place via the thumbscrews provided.

Removing the top cover will make your life easier for moving parts around.

Here’s our gigantic dual-tower cooler once again for reference. The Phanteks PH TC14-PE is a very large cooler, technically 171mm but with the fans mounted is 180mm+ in height, the Phenom easily accommodates the cooler with room to spare.

We’ve installed some BitFenix Spectre Pro fans along with some BitFenix Alchemy LED strips in the case for a finished build look.
